1 Preparation -1 (+/- 0) 1.0 Seed treatment:
Take the seeds whichis free from pest and diseases and tie up with a cotton cloth. Azospirillum+Phosphobacteria+Trichoderma+Pseudomonas mixed with water as per the given ratio. The seeds in the cotton cloth is immersed in prepared bio solution for one night ( minimum 6 - 12 hours ). Note : Don't add any chemicals( pesticides/fertilizers ) in that solution. It will reduce the activity of the micro organisms.

2 Preparation 1 (+/- 0) 1.0 Shade drying of seeds:
In the morning, take the treated seeds and drain the bio solution. After that seeds are spread over in the newspaper under shade. Shade drying is necessary. The seeds should not touch each other. Don't waste the drained bio solution and kept in shade for further usage. It can be used in the field to increase the beneficial microorganisms.

3 Preparation 1 (+/- -1) 2.0 Protray preparation:
Use the fine sieved & decomposed coir pith for protray nursery. Take the coir pith blocks and add water to it ( 1 kg of coir pith is conveted to 15 times after adding adequate quantity of water ). Low EC( less than 1 ) coir pith favours good seedling growth. You can sprinkle the drained Bio solution over the coir pith.

4 Sowing 1 (+/- 0) 3.0 Sowing:
Fill the enriched coirpith in the protryas and make a depression on filled coitpith by gentle pressing by using an another protray . Sow the treated seeds in protrays @ 1 seed per cell. If moisture is less add water otherwise no need to add water. Plce the trays under shade or shade net. Close the trays with paddy straw or coconut leaves.

6 Crop growing 4 (+/- 1) 1.0 Germination check:
Check the germination percantage by removing the paddy straw carefully without damaging the germinated seedlings. If the germination is 70% no need to worry about it. If it is less than 70%, check for seedlings requirement and present availability. In case of less availability prepare the protrays for further nursery raising.

7 Crop growing 4 (+/- 1) 2.0 Watering:
Watering the protrays with rose can depends on the moisture level and the climatic conditions. Water uniformly over trays. During rainy days withhold the irrigation. Over irrigation leads to rotting of seeds/seedlings.

8 Crop growing 5 (+/- 1) 1.0 Damping off checking:
In the nursery stage check the damping off diseases. Two types of damping off one is pre germination and another one is post germination. Pre-emergence damping-off is the rot of seed or seedling sprouts before emergence. Post-emergence damping-off occurs after seedlings emerged from the soil. The seedling stems are water soaked(wet), soft and may be discolored gray to brown. Young leaves wilt(droop) and turn green gray to brown. Proper drainage in the polybags reduce the disease infection. Irrigate early in the morning reduces the disease infection
